Junior Firefly is a mini market within our regular Fall Market for young entrepreneurs, mini makers, creative collaborators, crafty creators, ages 6-12 years of age.

Junior Firefly Goal

We want to support all young entrepreneurs who are interested in experiencing the entire process of being a maker in a market. We start with the application, and go through creating a merchandising display and signage, designing and making

products, setting prices, set-up/load-in, bringing cash for making change, interacting with customers/selling your goods, and finally tear-down/load out. All creation is done at home with the support (if needed) of family or friends.)

 

 

What We Provide

Firefly Handmade Markets provides FREE of charge:

• Application and participation

• Tent, table and chair: Each 6'x3' table will be shared by two Junior Fireflies, so the actual space for merchandise, display, and signage is 3'x3' each.

• Marketing support as part of the overall Firefly Fall Market (although additional emails and social media support by Jr. Fireflies is always appreciated, and will likely help everyone's success!

• Volunteers to answer questions and help out as needed
